What is an energy audit?

Who has to carry out an energy audit?

For larger companies an energy audit is mandatory under the German Energy Services Act (EDL-G). For smaller businesses it is voluntary, but often the basis for funding. We clarify which obligation applies to your business beforehand.

How does an energy audit work?

We collect bills, meter readings and, where available, load profile data. Then we look at the equipment on site that accounts for the largest share of consumption. The report follows from that. If you like, we accompany the implementation and check afterwards whether the measure works.
